English is not my first language. I write my thoughts in Japanese and use AI tools to help translate them into English, so some nuances may not come across perfectly. I hope the numbers and my stance speak for the credibility of what I write.
I first learned about forex around 2018. I found it extremely appealing, but things didn’t go well for a long time. Fortunately, I didn’t have much money to begin with, so there were no catastrophic losses. Over the following years, I learned little by little through live markets.
Then, in January 2024, I discovered prop firms and opened my first account. A lot has happened between then and now, February 2026. Over roughly two years, I have used 22 prop firms and received payouts from 18 of them — totaling over $300,000. My first payout came in April 2024.
Some firms offered outstanding support that truly stood by their traders. Others terminated my accounts or refused payouts in ways I believe were unjust. These firms handle tens of thousands — sometimes hundreds of thousands — of customers, so system errors and human mistakes are possible. Regardless, this blog exists to honestly document every experience of one ordinary trader who had no power or influence over any of it.
